TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

• By purchasing an item/items on Skipaleis's Vinted page, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
• Skipaleis reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect upon publication on Skipaleis's Vinted page.

2. Products

• All products offered are second-hand unless otherwise stated.
• Skipaleis describes and photographs the products as accurately as possible. Minor deviations may occur, however.

3. Prices and Payments

• All prices are in euros.
• Skipaleis uses the Small Business Scheme (KOR), which means no VAT is charged.
• Payment must be made through the payment methods offered by Vinted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are listed separately in the product information.
• Skipaleis aims to process and ship the buyer's order within 24 hours.
• Shipping is done via a reliable carrier of choice. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Skipaleis offers the buyer the unique opportunity to return the order within 14 days.
• Items must be returned in the same condition and unworn. Once the "Skipaleis" seal is broken or removed, the return will not be accepted.
• The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
• Pack the package carefully to ensure it returns safely. Make sure everything is returned in the same condition as received (the buyer may not wash or use the item). Include all contents of the original package (e.g., receipts, labels, dust bags).

6. Liability

• Skipaleis is not liable for damage caused during shipping.
• Skipaleis is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
• Skipaleis is not responsible for loss or damage of packages during transport.

7. Privacy

• Personal data is only used for processing the order and not shared with third parties without the buyer's consent.

8. Applicable Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
